What kind of services do you offer at Ship Stuff? 

We offer private mailbox rentals, drop off shipping, notary public and pack and ship services.. 

What makes Ship Stuff different from other pack and ship stores?

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, our delivery zone includes parts of north central Sarasota County. Check out our current delivery map. 

Do you work with third-party delivery partners? 

No, at this time we do not work with any third-party delivery partners.

Can I order items to-go?

Yes, we offer our entire online items for takeaway and for pre-orders. Just place your order by phone or online (before 3 pm) then swing by to pick it up. 

Where can I buy a Ship Stuff gift card?

You can buy a gift card or check your balance here. Physical gift cards can be purchased at our location.

Can I use my gift card to pay for an online order?

Yes! At the payment screen, check the “Pay with gift card” box. Enter the 16 digit code associated with your e-gift card and press “Apply”. 

If you have a physical gift card there is an extra step to obtain the 16 digit gift card code needed for online ordering. First click here to check your gift card balance.   Enter the 6 digit gift card number on the back of your card and submit. Copy the 16 digit code and then follow the above steps at the payment screen. 

If your gift card does not cover the total balance then, use a credit card to cover the difference. All gift cards can be used over the phone or in person at the store.

Is your store wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our space is fully accessible.
