How do I create an account?

How do I earn rewards?
Make sure you’re signed up AND signed in to your rewards account when you order online be sure to use your registered email address at check out.
How do I redeem my rewards?
When ordering in store, let us know you’d like to redeem your points when you arrive for pick up. We’ll pull up your account and apply all available points (points cannot be used incrementally).
When ordering online, please ensure you are logged into your account, and use the same registered email address at check out.
During your birthday month, you will receive a $5 discount in your rewards account. This discount must be used during your birthday month and expires on the last day of the month; the discount cannot carry over to the following months.
Reward Points can also be applied to the purchase of any item in our online store which includes Box & Nosh swag, specialty food items and much more! View the store here
What else do I need to know?
It is the guest’s responsibility to use the registered email address at checkout online or to inform our staff that they are a rewards member. This must happen at the time of purchase as we cannot add points to an account retroactively.
Reward Points have no cash value and are not earned on tax, service fees, or tips.
Ship Stuff has the right to discontinue this program at any time for any reason.
